Applications may be obtained in the Human Resources Department, City Services Bldg., 120 Main St. , 3rd floor, NLR, AR., 72114 and must be completed and returned by the closing date. Late applications will not be accepted. Job-related test, interviews or other types of selection methods may be administered in order to determine whether an applicant possesses the required knowledge, skill and ability. A thorough background check and other necessary screening will be made on all persons selected for hire.
