Traffic Division - Unsupervised Probation Program
The Second Division District Court of North Little Rock has unsupervised probation programs for adults and juveniles. Most moving violation are eligible for these programs, if specific requirements are met. Certain non-moving violations may also be referred to the Court Clerks office to determine if the offense may be adjudicated prior to the plea and arraignment date. Certain offenses require a court appearance only. This court will suspend the driver's license of any defendant who has failed to answer a traffic summons duly served upon him or her.
